| Export | WISO CSV from the tax year in chain.report |
|---|---|
| Contents | Taxable disposals held under one year |
| After | Check the totals in WISO, do not file blindly |
Only events that count as taxable private disposals in Germany. Long-term tax-free sales and service inflows such as staking are not in this file. Staking still goes through Annex SO services, or you check whether WISO has its own field. The PDF report remains the full calculation.
In the chain.report tax year, start the WISO export. When the file is ready you get an email. In WISO Steuer open the crypto or import path for that year and load the CSV. Desktop and web differ slightly; the file is the same. Then put the WISO totals next to line 51 of the report.
Then the history is usually incomplete, not WISO. Close open hints in chain.report first. If the imported total disagrees with the PDF, the traceable calculation wins, not the faster click. For ELSTER without WISO, use the manual fill aid.
It sits behind the additional exports. The Investor plan includes it. If the button is missing, the feature is not on the account.
The export is built for WISO. Other programs have their own formats. Without a tested path, copy totals from the fill aid instead.
You must check whether WISO filled crypto assets, services and KAP completely. Anything the CSV does not contain, you enter yourself.
This guide structures the data issues and common German administrative practice. It is not tax advice. The assessment in your case stays with you and your tax advisor.
Finish CleanUp, download the WISO export and compare the total with the PDF. Then the import is a shortcut, not a blind flight.
